My Story
I’m a passionate outdoorsman who loves spending time outside and with my animals. Whether it’s camping, hiking, skiing, golfing, or simply being outdoors, nature has always been a huge part of my life. My passion for landscaping started early — I began mowing lawns at the age of seven and gradually worked my way up to completing full landscape renovations while attending the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay. There, I earned degrees in business marketing, management, sports marketing, sports management, and coaching, along with a minor in economics.
After college, I was ready for a change of scenery and moved to Colorado to enjoy everything the outdoors had to offer. I initially took a position with a credit card processing company, but it didn’t take long for me to realize that path wasn’t the right fit. Landscaping and design continued to call me back, and I decided to pursue my passion fully by attending the University of Colorado Denver, where I earned my master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of design projects, including large-scale landscape plans and golf course design, as well as working for a small design firm in Stapleton. Eventually, I decided to branch out on my own and founded A & M Landscaping LLC. I’ve never looked back. Owning my own business allows me to give clients the personal attention, creativity, and dedication they deserve while creating outdoor spaces that are both beautiful and functional.

What types of projects do you specialize in?
We specialize in landscaping design and installation, but we can also assist with a variety of related home improvement projects, including roofs, decks, mudrooms, and other exterior or functional additions to your property.
How much does a consultation cost?
The initial consultation is free of charge. Following that meeting, we will agree on a set price for the design phase based on the scope and complexity of your project.
How long does an average project take?
The design process typically takes up to three weeks for the preliminary plan, although I aim to complete this stage in about a week to a week and a half whenever possible. From there, the master plan usually takes up to an additional week to finalize. In total, the full design process generally takes no more than about a month.
The construction timeline varies depending on the scope of work, but for an average residential project, the build typically takes around 2–4 weeks.
